From Positive Reply to Meeting


Most people say they want leads, but when they get them, they burn all of them because they don't know how to follow-up and secure a meeting. I'm here to show you exactly how we were able to book 47 meetings in 30 days..


First Things First

There are 2 philosophies I need you to drill in your brain please:

⤷ If someone shows interest in my product/service, I will follow-up until they tell me to fuck off

⤷ You're not special. People are busy. It's your job to follow-up with them.

As cliché as it sounds but changing your mentality is truly step #1.

Understand and subscribe to what's mentioned above and you're going to book more meetings.


Chapter 1: What Not To Do

I have worked with over 20 clients in the last 4 months, and I can with full conviction say that the biggest problem most people in business have, is that they don't know how to follow up due to poor systems and poor copywriting.


So before I tell you what you should do, let's go over all the things you should not do ( easier framework trust me)


Chapter 2: What Should You Do

Now that you know what not to do, let's look at some best practices before we do a deep dive.


That's IT!?

Of course not, I'm not like the fake gurus that pay for likes online and sell a course for $99 to tell you that to be good in sales you have to do ice baths at 5:00 AM in the morning every day.

Ew.

With that said, let's do a deeeeeep dive into everything I mentioned above.


Chapter 3: CRM

Listen cowboy, if you want to make big boy money, you need to pay for a CRM.

Put aside the google sheet, you're better than this.

Get yourself a CRM that is made for prospecting via email, Linkedin and Twitter.

Chapter 4: Add Lead To CRM

Remember what I said earlier? Speed is very imrpotant when it comes to following up.

In order to be fast, you need to be organized.

Make sure you have an automation that notifies you of positive replies + auto adds leads in your CRM.

There are a lot of great automation tools out there like Make Pabbly or Zapier.

Here's an example of an automation flow you should have:



Very simple automation, but very powerful.

Set this up and you will save hours per week on yourself or your rep who has to take care of this task.

Chapter 5: Your First Reply

Now this entirely depends on what your first Cold Message was of course.

If you follow us, then you'll know we are big fans of sending a cold message that asks for permission to do something.

⤷ "Can I send this loom over to you?"

⤷ "Can I send you 2K verified leads?"

So more often than not, your reply is going to be giving away what ever it is that you mentioned in your last line of the email.

This step can be automated, although I highly recommend doing this manually as this is the part of the prospecting that leads will appreciate when you personalize.

Here's the format I'd recommend you follow:

PS:🚨 Now after you send this, make sure to add a task in your CRM to follow-up in 2 days if the lead doesn't book a meeting + send a connection request on Linkedin and follow them on Twitter if they have an account 🚨


Chapter 6: How To Chase

Ah the chase… If this part scares you, outsource this asap.

This is the most important chapter in all of this guide.

You need to follow-up every 2 days by adding some sort of value.

We like to:

⤷ Educate

⤷ Make them laugh

⤷ Generate FOMO

Do everything I am showing you below across the channels you have access to and it's impossible for you to not book meetings.

Chapter 7: Zero No Shows

So the lead books a meeting with you.

Congrats, but is the job finished?


Nope, now we need to make sure they actually show-up to the call.

The best way to do so is to ensure you put them through a drip sequence before the meeting.

I have had only 2 no shows out of 48 meetings in the last 30 days. Here's how I did it:
