We guarantee the outreach: every lead in your tier gets contacted within 60 days. Meeting outcomes depend on your offer, your ICP, and your market — three things we don't control. The guarantee is on what we run, not what your prospects do.

How do you decide which leads get email vs. LinkedIn?

We check the MX records on every account when we build your lead list. Leads on Google Workspace get email. Leads on Outlook — where cold email deliverability is much harder — get LinkedIn outreach instead. The routing is per-lead, not per-campaign.

What does "% of TAM" mean in practice?

It's the share of your reachable buyers we contact in 60 days. We work with you to define your TAM by filters — title, industry, geography, company stage — and your tier decides how much of that total we run through.

Can I change tiers mid-cycle?

No. Tier locks for the full 60 days so the lead pool and campaign schedule stay stable. You can change tier (up or down) at the start of the next cycle.
