Appointment setting pricing for SaaS in 2026: prices by model, cost per meeting on a flat fee, setup fees and contract terms.

Updated October 2026. Every agency’s price and terms read from its own site on October 25, 2026, unless a line says otherwise.

Appointment setting for SaaS costs from $697 a month to $15,000 a month per rep in published 2026 prices, depending on the model. Flat monthly programs run $2,000 to $11,500: Sales.co from $2,000, Danish Lead Co from $3,000, OneAway from $3,250 with no setup fee, LeadHaste $4,500 plus a $1,000 setup. Programs priced per SDR or rep, usually with phone, run from $4,249 a month (CIENCE, one offshore SDR) to $15,000 per rep (LevelUp Leads), and SalesRoads starts at $6,950 every 4 weeks. Per-meeting fees run $150 to $1,500 a meeting in Leadium’s cost guide and $200 to $500 in LeadHaste’s.

What a meeting really costs on a flat fee

A flat fee and a per-meeting price are easy to compare once you divide. This is arithmetic, not a promise of meetings: the monthly fee divided by the meetings that month.

Monthly fee5 meetings10 meetings20 meetings
$3,250 (OneAway Intro)$650 each$325 each$163 each
$4,500 (LeadHaste)$900 each$450 each$225 each
$6,200 (OneAway Managed)$1,240 each$620 each$310 each

Against a per-meeting range of $150 to $1,500, a flat fee is cheaper per meeting once a program books steadily, and dearer in a slow month. Per-meeting pricing moves that risk to the agency, so expect a higher price per meeting, and read the definition of a meeting closely.

What you’re paying for: the meeting definition

  • OneAway: a held meeting is someone who matches your ideal customer profile, is booked on the calendar and shows up. That’s what our warm calling add-on charges for: 2% of your ACV per held meeting, minimum $150.
  • LeadHaste: “the right role, a problem they acknowledged, genuine interest in a conversation, and a confirmed calendar hold.”
  • Leadium: its pricing page counts a prospect who “agrees to connect on a sales call”.

Ask any agency whether a no-show, a reschedule or a meeting with the wrong title counts, before you compare prices.

Setup fees

  • None: OneAway, Sales.co, EBQ (“No setup or cancellation fees”), LevelUp Leads (no charge for onboarding), and Lead Cookie’s Boutique plan.
  • Published: LeadHaste, $1,000 one-time.
  • Charged but not shown: CIENCE (one setup fee; Snipe Outbound’s and Intent Signal’s write-ups put it at $5,000) and Built For B2B (a one-time build fee quoted with the retainer).
  • Market range: LeadHaste’s pricing guide puts setup fees at $1,500 to $5,000.

  • SalesBread: 20+ sales qualified leads a month “or your money back”.
  • Callbox: meeting quality, not a number.
  • OneAway, Leadium, Snipe Outbound, SalesHive: no meeting-count guarantee.
