Cold Email Agency Pricing in 2026: 6 Agencies Compared

Updated October 2026. Competitor prices read from each agency’s own site on October 24, 2026, unless a row says otherwise.

A done-for-you cold email agency costs $2,000 to $11,500 a month in 2026 among agencies that publish a price, and most entry plans sit between $2,000 and $5,000. The cheapest is Sales.co at $2,000 for 10,000 emails a month; OneAway is $3,250 for cold email, $6,200 with LinkedIn or $11,500 for its largest plan; CIENCE is $4,249 with one offshore SDR; SalesHive, Belkins and Martal Group quote on a call. An in-house SDR costs a median $80,000 a year in pay alone.

OneAway wrote this page and sells one of the options on it. Every competitor figure has a source at the bottom so you can check it.

What changes the price

Five things decide what you pay. Ask every agency about all five before you compare numbers.

  1. The unit. Each agency counts something different. Sales.co prices by emails sent. OneAway prices by leads contacted, with two emails per lead, so Intro’s 10,000 leads is up to 20,000 emails. CIENCE and SalesHive price by SDR. Belkins packages by appointments a year. Ask each one the same question: how many people get contacted each month, and how many times each?
  2. Channels. Email alone is the cheapest. LinkedIn is a $1,000/mo add-on at Sales.co and part of OneAway Managed. Phone usually means paying for SDR seats.
  3. Who does the work. AI agents, a team using agents, or a named SDR. OneAway Intro is run by our AI agents. Managed is run by our team, with agents.
  4. Setup fee and term. OneAway, Sales.co and SalesHive charge no setup fee. CIENCE charges one but doesn’t show the amount on its pricing page. Terms run from month-to-month to a 4-month pilot.
  5. Guarantees. Belkins guarantees 100+ appointments a year on its cold email page. OneAway and SalesHive don’t guarantee a meeting count. A guarantee is only as good as its definition of a meeting.

OneAway: best for B2B SaaS that wants email and LinkedIn run for it

OneAway runs cold email and LinkedIn outbound for B2B SaaS. We run it, you take the meetings. It’s a done-for-you service, not software.

  • Intro: $3,250/mo. Cold email to up to 10,000 leads a month, two emails each (up to 20,000 emails), run by our AI agents. Monthly call with Xavier. Support in EST hours.
  • Managed: $6,200/mo. Cold email to up to 20,000 leads a month (up to 40,000 emails) plus LinkedIn on 5 avatar accounts, run by our team with agents. Biweekly check-ins with a dedicated account manager. Support during US hours.
  • Scale: $11,500/mo. Cold email to up to 40,000 leads a month (up to 80,000 emails) plus LinkedIn on 10 avatar accounts, run by our team with agents. Weekly check-ins with a dedicated account manager, plus a monthly call with Xavier. 4 copy and 4 lead list revisions a month, so you can run several segments at once.
  • In every plan: live in 14 days. Sending domains, inboxes and warm-up included, and your main domain is never used for cold email. A reply agent answers interested leads in under 2 minutes and books them onto your calendar. HubSpot integration, a shared Slack channel, a weekly optimization pass and full data export.
  • Warm calling (optional): 2% of your ACV per held meeting, minimum $150. We don’t cold call. An appointment setter calls everyone who replied with interest, up to 6 times, to get them on your calendar.
  • No setup fee. Term: 3-month minimum, paid monthly, then month-to-month. If you stop, you keep the interested leads.

Watch for: We don’t guarantee a meeting count. We don’t cold call, so if your buyers only answer the phone, SalesHive or CIENCE fits better. For the same 20,000 emails, Intro costs $250 a month more than Sales.co’s largest email plan, and Sales.co goes live in 7 days to our 14. Full plan details are on our pricing page.

Sales.co: best for the lowest published price on email

  • $2,000/mo for 10,000 emails, $2,500/mo for 15,000, $3,000/mo for 20,000.
  • Add-ons: LinkedIn +$1,000/mo, cold calls +$1,500/mo, ads +$1,000/mo. All four channels together: $5,500/mo.
  • No setup fee. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. Live in 7 days. Its appointment-setting page says replies are answered in under 10 minutes.

Best for: testing cold email on a small budget with no commitment.

Watch for: plans are counted in emails sent, not people reached. At two emails per person, 10,000 emails reaches 5,000 people. Compare on people reached.

CIENCE: best for renting SDR seats, including phone

CIENCE’s pricing page has three parts:

  • Campaign team: $2,000/mo.
  • graph8 platform: $499/mo, with 75,000 credits.
  • SDRs: from $1,750 per SDR per month offshore, or from $3,500 in the US and Europe.

On top of that: a performance bonus per SDR once they pass 60% of target, and one setup fee whose amount the page doesn’t show. Month-to-month. Email, phone and LinkedIn.

Added up, that’s $4,249/mo with one offshore SDR, $5,999/mo with one US or Europe SDR, and $11,249/mo with five offshore SDRs (CIENCE’s own example). All before bonus and setup.

The bonus at 100% of target is base × percent of target × 0.7. If “base” means the SDR’s monthly price, one offshore SDR at target adds $1,225 that month.

Best for: teams that want phone in the mix and want to add or drop SDR seats month to month.

Watch for: the bonus raises your bill in the months the SDR does well. Ask what “target” means, model the cost at 100%, and get the setup fee in writing.

SalesHive: best for phone-led outbound with a dedicated SDR

  • No published price. Plans are custom quoted by SDR location, channels and daily outreach volume.
  • Starter: phone only, 1 SDR, 100+ touches a day. Growth: phone and email, 1 SDR, 250+. Crush: phone and email, 2 SDRs, 500+. SDRs are US-based or offshore.
  • No setup fee and no separate per-seat tooling charge. Month-to-month. Annual plans have a lower monthly rate.
  • SalesHive doesn’t price by the meeting and doesn’t guarantee a number of meetings.

Best for: buyers who pick up the phone, and teams who want a dedicated SDR without hiring one.

Watch for: LinkedIn isn’t listed on any plan, and you won’t see a number until the call.

Belkins: best if you want an appointment count in writing

  • Cold email page (read October 21, 2026): “average starter price from $5,000” for 1,500 leads a month and 100+ guaranteed appointments a year. The page doesn’t say if $5,000 is monthly.
  • Pricing page: Growth (100+ appointments a year), Growth Plus (200+), a small-business package (30+, delivered through partner agencies), and custom Enterprise. No dollar amounts.
  • Channels: cold email and LinkedIn on every package. Intent-based calling on Growth and Growth Plus. Cold calling, ads and ABM on Growth Plus.
  • Setup fee and minimum term: not shown.

Best for: buyers who want a guaranteed yearly number.

Watch for: 100 appointments a year is about 8 a month. Get the definition of a qualified appointment, and what happens if they miss, before you sign.

Martal Group: best for a fractional team that helps close

martal.ca blocked our reader on October 24, 2026, so these terms come from third-party reviews. Confirm them with Martal.

  • No published price. Reviews on other agencies’ sites put it anywhere from about $4,000 to $20,000 a month. That range is too wide to plan around. Get a quote.
  • Three tiers: Tier 1 books meetings. Tier 2 adds deal nurturing through to signature, on commission. Tier 3 adds account management after the deal signs.
  • Pilot: 3 months on Tier 1, 4 months on Tier 2, then monthly.
  • Channels: email, LinkedIn, phone.

Best for: companies without a sales team that want help past the first meeting.

Watch for: a commission on top of the retainer on the upper tiers.

Hiring an in-house SDR: best when you have a manager and 12 months

From the Bridge Group’s 2025 SDR Metrics report:

  • Median on-target earnings: $80,000 a year ($55,000 base, $25,000 variable). That’s about $6,667 a month before benefits, tools, data and management time.
  • Average ramp: 3.0 months.
  • Quota: 60% of SDRs hit quota, the lowest in the study’s history.

Best for: teams with a sales manager, a message that already works, and a plan to grow SDRs into AEs.

Watch for: you pay for the ramp, and every departure restarts it.

Cold email agency vs in-house SDR: the cost math

OptionMonthly costYear one
In-house SDR (median)$6,667 in pay$80,000 + benefits, tools, recruiting
OneAway Intro$3,250$39,000
OneAway Managed$6,200$74,400
OneAway Scale$11,500$138,000
CIENCE, 1 offshore SDR$4,249 + bonus$50,988 + setup + bonus
CIENCE, 1 US/Europe SDR$5,999 + bonus$71,988 + setup + bonus
Sales.co, 10,000 emails$2,000$24,000

Every published entry plan costs less than one SDR’s pay. OneAway Managed costs about the same as one SDR’s salary and covers two channels plus the team running them. OneAway Scale costs more than one SDR’s pay and runs twice Managed’s volume.

An in-house SDR still wins in three cases: your deals need phone calls and live follow-up, you want the knowledge to stay in the company, or you’re building a team that will promote SDRs into closing roles.

Which option fits your situation

  • You sell B2B SaaS and want qualified meetings without hiring. OneAway. If your budget is under $3,250 a month, Sales.co.
  • You want email and LinkedIn from one team. OneAway Managed runs both, with LinkedIn on 5 accounts, for $6,200. Sales.co adds LinkedIn for $1,000 a month. Belkins includes LinkedIn on every package, priced on a call.
  • You need more volume across several segments. OneAway Scale: 40,000 leads a month, LinkedIn on 10 accounts and weekly check-ins for $11,500, flat, with no bonus formula. CIENCE with five offshore SDRs is $11,249 a month before bonus and setup.
  • Your buyers answer the phone. SalesHive or CIENCE.
  • You sell a data, enrichment or sales-intelligence tool. Your buyers are sales and RevOps people. They get more cold email than anyone and will judge your data by the email you send them. OneAway has run outbound for FullEnrich (102 opportunities) and Prospeo (5–8% reply rates). Whoever you talk to, ask for a client in your category and the reply rate on that campaign.
  • You want a short commitment, not a long contract. Sales.co, CIENCE and SalesHive are month-to-month. OneAway is 3 months, then month-to-month. Martal starts with a 3- or 4-month pilot.
  • You want copy, deliverability and email infrastructure handled. OneAway sets up and warms your sending domains and inboxes on every plan and never sends cold email from your main domain. Whoever you hire, ask who buys the sending domains, who owns them when you leave, how many inboxes they send from, and who rewrites the copy when replies drop.
  • You want a boutique agency that limits its clients. OneAway doesn’t cap its client count. A cap is usually a stand-in for attention, so ask who runs your account and how many others they run. On OneAway Managed, you get a dedicated account manager.

An agency. OneAway is a done-for-you service: we run cold email and LinkedIn outbound for B2B SaaS, and you take the meetings.

What do people on Reddit say about cold email agencies?

Threads change week to week, so use them as a list of questions, not a ranking. Before you trust any recommendation, get four things in writing: the monthly price, the minimum term, who owns the domains and leads when you leave, and how the agency counts a meeting.
