Best Outsourced SDR Companies for SaaS in 2026: 12 Compared

Updated October 2026. Every company’s price and terms read from its own site on October 25, 2026, unless a line says otherwise.
For B2B SaaS, the best outsourced SDR company depends on one question: do your buyers answer the phone? If they do, rent SDR seats. Published prices start at $3,500 a month at Leadium for calling only and $4,249 at CIENCE with one offshore SDR, and run to $10,000 a month for a full-time US rep at EBQ and $11,950 every 4 weeks for one SDR at SalesRoads. If email and LinkedIn reach your buyers, an agency that runs the whole program costs less than most seats: OneAway Managed is $6,200 a month for email to up to 20,000 leads plus LinkedIn on 5 accounts. An in-house SDR costs a median $80,000 a year in pay alone.
OneAway wrote this page and sells one of the options on it. Every other company’s figures come from its own site, linked in the sources at the bottom, so you can check them.

What an outsourced SDR costs in 2026
Published prices for one SDR, or the nearest thing each company sells, next to an in-house hire. Monthly figures, before any bonus, commission or setup fee.
| Option | Monthly cost | A year |
|---|---|---|
| SalesRoads, 1 SDR (billed every 4 weeks) | $11,950 | $155,350 (13 bills) |
| EBQ, full-time US rep | $10,000 | $120,000 (annual contract) |
| In-house SDR, median pay | $6,667 | $80,000 + benefits, tools and recruiting |
| OneAway Managed, no seat | $6,200 | $74,400 |
| CIENCE, 1 US or Europe SDR | $5,999 + bonus | $71,988 + setup + bonus |
| LevelUp Leads, 1 rep | $5,000 to $15,000 | $60,000 to $180,000 |
| Leadium, multichannel | $4,000 to $5,000 | $48,000 to $60,000 |
| CIENCE, 1 offshore SDR | $4,249 + bonus | $50,988 + setup + bonus |
| Leadium, calling only | $3,500 | $42,000 |
Leadium’s own cost guide puts the market at roughly $3,000 to $14,000 a month per program in 2026, with per-meeting fees from $150 to $1,500. The in-house figure is the Bridge Group’s 2025 median: $80,000 a year in on-target pay, a 3.0-month ramp, and 60% of SDRs hitting quota.
Two things move the real number more than the headline price:
- The billing period. SalesRoads bills every 4 weeks, which is 13 bills a year, not 12.
- The extras. CIENCE adds a performance bonus and a setup fee whose amount its pricing page doesn’t show. Martal Group adds a commission on its upper tiers. Ask for the cost in a month the SDR hits 100% of target.
1. OneAway: best if you want the meetings without renting a seat
OneAway runs cold email and LinkedIn outbound for B2B SaaS companies with AI agents we built, and books qualified meetings onto your calendar. You don’t rent an SDR. Our agents find buyers and write and send the messages; on Managed and Scale, our team runs the agents with you day to day.
- Managed, $6,200/mo: cold email to up to 20,000 leads a month plus LinkedIn on 5 avatar accounts, run by our team with agents. Biweekly check-ins with a dedicated account manager. Support during US hours.
- Intro, $3,250/mo: cold email to up to 10,000 leads a month, run by our AI agents, with a monthly call with Xavier Caffrey, our founder. Scale, $11,500/mo: up to 40,000 leads plus LinkedIn on 10 avatar accounts, weekly check-ins and a monthly call with Xavier.
- In every plan: no setup fee, live in 14 days, sending domains, inboxes and warm-up included, and a reply agent that answers interested leads in under 2 minutes and books them onto your calendar. A client portal with full data export. A 3-month minimum, then month-to-month.
- Results: Junction grew from about $3M to $20M ARR over about 3 years with OneAway running outbound. FullEnrich: 102 opportunities. Prosperly: 20 demos in the first full month and 9 new customers from them.
Watch for: we don’t cold call and don’t guarantee a meeting count. If your buyers only answer the phone, pick one of the SDR-seat companies below. Warm calling is an add-on: an appointment setter calls everyone who replied with interest, up to 6 times, for 2% of your ACV per held meeting, minimum $150.
2. CIENCE: best for renting SDR seats month to month
- Price: $2,000/mo for the campaign team and $499/mo for its platform, plus $1,750/mo per offshore SDR or $3,500/mo per US or Europe SDR. That’s $4,249/mo with one offshore SDR or $5,999/mo with one US or Europe SDR.
- Terms: month-to-month, a performance bonus per SDR, and one setup fee whose amount the pricing page doesn’t show.
- Channels: its SDRs call, email and use LinkedIn. Its homepage cites 5 to 20+ qualified meetings a month per SDR, as a range, not a guarantee.
Watch for: the bonus raises your bill in the months the SDR does well. Model the cost at 100% of target before you sign.
3. Leadium: best for US-based SDRs at a published price
- Price: $3,500/mo for calling-only programs and $4,000 to $5,000/mo for multichannel, from its own cost guide. Its pricing page asks you to get a quote.
- Terms: “all of our contracts are month-to-month”. No performance guarantee.
- Who does the work: a US-based SDR team on email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS and gifting, booking appointments onto your calendar. LinkedIn runs through your own profile.
Watch for: confirm the price on the call, since it isn’t on the pricing page.
4. SalesRoads: best for US phone-led programs you can cancel any time
- Price: per 4-week period, $11,950 for 1 SDR, $16,750 for 2, $23,500 for 3, up to $43,150 for 6. Appointment setting starts at $6,950 per 4 weeks.
- Terms: “without long-term commitments, and you can cancel at any time”. No setup fee stated.
- Channels: outbound calling and email prospecting. LinkedIn isn’t listed. Real-time metrics on dials, conversations, appointments set, show rates and pipeline.
- Results: Kuebix, a supply-chain SaaS, 966 meetings scheduled.
Watch for: 4-week billing means 13 bills a year: $155,350 for one SDR.
5. EBQ: best for a salaried US rep on an annual contract
- Price: $5,000/mo for a half-time rep or $10,000/mo for a full-time rep, “based in the United States”. The price reflects an annual commitment, paid monthly.
- Terms: no setup or cancellation fees. It says reps reach full productivity in less than five days.
- Channels and results: cold calling and email. Compendium, a content marketing SaaS, 203 qualified meetings set.
Watch for: an annual contract is the longest commitment on this list.
6. LevelUp Leads: best for a dedicated SDR you can have replaced
- Price: packages from $5,000/mo, and “$5,000 to $15,000 per month per rep”. Prepaid monthly. No charge for onboarding.
- Terms: an initial 3-month commitment, then month-to-month. “If a rep isn’t performing, we replace them at our cost.”
- Channels: email, LinkedIn and calling. It says about 60% of its clients sell software.
Watch for: the packages aren’t priced one by one. Ask which tier the $5,000 buys.
7. Belkins: best for a dedicated SDR with a yearly meeting count
- Price: outsourced SDRs “from $5,000”, with 100+ sales meetings a year. The billing period isn’t stated.
- What you get: a dedicated SDR recruited and trained for your account, meeting booking and no-show recovery, with European SDRs as a lower-cost option.
- Channels: email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
Watch for: 100 meetings a year is about 8 a month. Get the definition of a meeting in writing.
8. Callbox: best for multichannel pods across regions
- Price: $16,000 to $32,000 a quarter for one pod, which includes one dedicated SDR.
- Terms: “a minimum commitment of a few months”. It guarantees meeting quality, but “we do not guarantee a fixed number of appointments”.
- Channels and team: phone, email and LinkedIn, with AI voice agents next to human SDRs, and teams in the US, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Colombia. A client portal.
Watch for: quarterly pricing. Ask how many months the first commitment is.
9. SalesHive: best for phone-led outbound with a dedicated SDR
- Price: custom quote by SDR location, channels and daily volume. US-based or offshore SDRs.
- Plans: Starter is phone only with 1 SDR, Growth is phone and email with 1 SDR, Crush is phone and email with 2 SDRs.
- Terms: no setup fee and month-to-month. Annual plans cost less per month.
Watch for: LinkedIn isn’t listed on any plan.
10. memoryBlue: best for in-office SDRs at enterprise scale
- Model: “Every rep works from a physical memoryBlue office”, with “no off-shore resources or remote contractors”, and 650+ SDRs, ADRs and AEs. It acquired Operatix, which runs SDRs for software vendors.
- Price: not published. Programs start with a two-week onboarding period that isn’t billed.
- Visibility: a live customer portal and meetings booked directly on your AE’s calendar.
- Results: Couchbase, 1,307 meetings booked.
Watch for: no published price or minimum term. Get both before the pilot.
11. Martal Group: best for a fractional sales team that also closes
martal.ca blocked our reader on October 25, 2026, so these terms come from third-party reviews. Confirm them with Martal.
- Tiers: Tier 1 is lead generation. Tier 2 adds deal closing and onboarding. Tier 3 adds account management. The upper tiers add a commission on closed deals.
- Price: not published. Cleverly’s review puts it at $4,100 to $10,500 a month; LeadHaste’s estimate is $5,000 to $9,000.
- Terms: a 3-month minimum on Tier 1 and 4 months on Tiers 2 and 3, per Salesforge’s review.
Watch for: the commission on top of the retainer on the upper tiers.
12. Danish Lead Co: best for a flat-fee agency instead of a seat
- Price: $3,000/mo or $4,995/mo “once live”, a flat retainer, not per lead or per meeting.
- Terms: a minimum of three months.
- Channels and replies: cold email with LinkedIn as a second touch, no calling. Replies handled in under 5 minutes, 24/7, and a live client portal.
Watch for: it looks for SaaS companies with a customer lifetime value of $25,000 and up.
